50 Cent Changes His Name

Diddy isn’t the only hip hop superstar who believes in changing his name. It looks like 50 cent no longer wants to be referred to by his stage name.

The G-Unit General posted a mysterious message on his Twitter page saying: "50 Cent is a person I created, soon it will be time to destroy him and become somebody else.

"The rapper says he wants to be called by his real name, Curtis Jackson.
Jackson no longer wants his troubled history to be the only thing associated with his career.

He took the moniker 50 Cent from infamous Brooklyn armed robber Kelvin "50 Cent" Martin.
